"Not gonna lie, the refund was slow"
The return itself was easy enough, but not gonna lie, waiting almost 3 weeks for the refund to show up was a bit frustrating. Customer service did respond, just not very quickly. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, I just wish the refund process had been faster.

"Good makeup, I keep coming back"
I’ve ordered from MAC a few times now and the quality has always been really good. The lipstick is probably my favorite — it feels nice on and doesn’t make my lips super dry, which I appreciate. Also, the foundation blends easily, and the shades I picked were close to how they looked online. I always worry about that part, but it worked out. Overall I’m happy with what I got and I’d order again...

"Pretty dependable delivery overall"
I’ve ordered from MAC a few times now, and so far the delivery has been reliable. I’ll admit I’m always a little nervous with online orders because I hate feeling like I’ve been fooled or left guessing, but the tracking updated properly and everything showed up. My last order arrived a day later than the original estimate, but nothing was missing and the packaging was fine, with no broken items. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but I’d still order again without stressing too much

"Be careful with the shade photos"
I ordered a foundation from maccosmetics.com, and just a heads up for anyone else buying online: the shade looked different in person than it did on the site. It wasn’t completely off, but it pulled way more orange than I expected. The formula feels nice and shipping was fine, so no issue there, but I really wish the shade photos were more accurate. I ended up having to mix it with another foundation to make it wearable.

I put this MAC lipstick on before my morning coffee and was surprised it was still going strong after dinner. I only touched it up once, and that made me feel so much more put together without having to think about it all day. Happy with how long it lasts.

I used maccosmetics.com recently and it worked fine overall, but it was a little more frustrating than I expected. The pages loaded okay, but some of the product filters were slow, and I felt like I had to keep clicking around just to narrow down shades and compare items.
Checkout was easy once I finally got there, so that part was fine. Still, for a brand like MAC, I expected the site to feel more polished, and after dealing with the extra hassle, I’d definitely appreciate some kind of small credit or discount to make up for the inconvenience...

"Promo code worked with no hassle"
I ordered from maccosmetics.com when they were running a 25% off promo, and I half expected the code to be annoying, or not apply right, but no, it worked fine at checkout with no weird hoops to jump through.
My lipsticks showed up a few days later, and the free sample was actually in the box too. The discount made ordering directly feel worth it, so I was happy with the whole thing.

"Smooth, Light, and Up to My Standards"
I’m picky about makeup feeling heavy or looking cakey, and this one really passed my personal standard. The texture feels light and creamy going on, and the soft matte finish doesn’t make my skin look dry. I wore it through a full workday and it still looked nice by the end

I keep coming back to MAC because the shade range is just so good. My skin tone is a little tricky to match, actually, not a little, it’s hard, and I was still able to find a foundation and concealer that looked right on me. The website was easy to use too, which helped. Overall, I’m really happy with the options

"Kind of hit or miss on the pigment"
I assumed the shades would all perform similarly, but that wasn’t really the case for me. Some colors showed up nicely right away, while others took a few layers before I could really see them. It’s not bad, just not as impressive as I was expecting...

I’m so relieved I found makeup that doesn’t hit me with a strong smell the second I open it. My nose is super sensitive, and this didn’t bother me at all. I really appreciate that, brands should be more thoughtful about people who can’t handle heavy fragrances.

"Definitely worth it for me"
I ordered a lipstick and foundation during a sale, and I’m really happy I did. They’re not the cheapest products out there, but the quality makes a big difference. Both last much longer than cheaper ones I’ve used before, so I actually feel like I’m getting good value. The foundation looked smooth and gave me a little confidence boost, and the lipstick held up really well too. Delivery was totally fine, no issues at all

I had a small issue with my order, nothing super dramatic, but it was one of those things where I wasn’t totally sure if it was going to be a hassle to fix. I reached out to customer support and they got back to me the next day, which I thought was reasonable. It wasn’t a completely perfect experience, mostly because I still had to wait a bit and explain what was going on, but once they responded, they were helpful and got everything sorted out without too much back and forth.
