I had to return 5 lipsticks as the shades turned out to be quite similar (the shades were good though), I got a store credit worth $120 and the customer service representative staff was extremely friendly.
I'd definitely recommend MAC to anyone who is looking for good quality make-up and a wide range of classic lipsticks!

this products are mainly used by makeup artists, female when doing their makeup and even some males are using.. it for every gender. but the main targets are females and makeup artists.
this products are used by people of different skin type, it has different colors all you need to do is to pick the one that suit your skin color.
this products can be applied or used mainly on faces, but you can also use it on your neck and other places but it is most commonly used on faces.
they can be used when one want to apply full face makeup, when one want to hide their dark spot , when one want a clear look and different look.
this products has a matte finish which is what I like and has an oil control and gives a clear look... so why one would not want to use it, i mean this product you can apply for them for the whole day , but have the same look all day for 24 hours

Good make ups and foundation! Their products are good quality wise. Not so expensive. Only makeup that I can afford. Thank you!
